They said there was nothing they could do? That's absurd! How do I get in touch with them? I've really been struggling finding contact details, I'm clearly looking in the wrong places! I have put a lot of time and money into this game and really want to be able to play it. I don't want to invest in any new Sims creations just to have the game vanish again.
