@kedove If you've successfully placed the lot in another save, try saving the lot new to the library. Then in the save you want to use the lot in, bulldoze the lot (unless it's an apartment) that you want to place the saved lot on and try again. It's possible something on the lot in the game you are trying to place the building is corrupted and causing the crash.
