Re: My sims 4 won’t load

@Fstanzy12

Thanks! Let's try the following steps:

1. Turn off Your system completely, let it sit for a few minutes and power it back on.

2. Restore your licenses with these steps.

3. Make sure your game is up to date.

  • Go to the PlayStation home screen.
  • Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
  • Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
  • Restart the Console completely.

4.  Make sure your console system software is up to date

  • Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
  • Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
  • Reboot your PlayStation.

5.  Uninstall and Reinstall the game:

  • Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete.
  • Select a game or application.
  • Set check marks beside the data you wish to delete or Select All.
  • Select Delete > then OK to confirm your decision.

Hi thank you soooo much for your help I think this has worked I have loaded sims up a couple of time after trying these and it had loaded fine so fingers crossed it stays that way

  • Weirdest thing.  I play sims on my console. And I don’t know what the heck is going on.  Says installed in grey. Can’t delete it, can’t uninstall it, can’t do nothing with it.  And it’s the only game out of 180 that is giving me problems.  Can’t contact EA.

    Hi @Horrorbrigade138

Is the content from your pack not appearing in-game for you?

Can you let me know which console you play on?

  • I am having the same issue with game crashing during game play and now will not load. I tried all the listed to fix the issue and it still isn’t working.
