Re: Prom missing from calendar and not triggering – PS5

I am currently playing the sims 4 on my ps4 and I recently purchased the highschool pack on discount for £17.99 - it took me a while to realise but there’s been a significant glitch that has taken away some of the in game experiences for the pack. 

Prom - Prom is not on the calendar at all, I cannot promposal, design anything on the board or do anything to even do with prom.

I have changed the aging process, season lengths, started a new game, removed and reinserted the disc, restarted my ps4, researched online etc and nothing! 

I understand that according to google for pc and other devices the glitch was patched in March but hasn’t been for console users. 

please could the glitch be patched I would love to play this pack to its full potential! 

Everything else seems to be running fine though.
