Sims 4 Landlord Can't Do Inspection and Maintenance PS5

The other thread for this got taken down but it still isn't fixed on PS5. My sims still has no interaction option and no updates have been posted. Do I have to wait longer than PC, MAC, or is this just me? Please fix this I want to Be a 5 star landlord!!

    Hey there GrungyPumpkin367​ 

    Yesterday's update went out for PC and Mac players- console will be receiving this update at a later date. 

    Once this update has been released on console as well, the "Do Inspection and Maintenance" interaction will be available and working as normal again.

    Hello, I'm on a PS5 with no mods. I'm trying to earn the 5-Star Landlord achievement but the game won't let me do the required actions. I go to my tenant's property and click on the necessary items, but "Inspect appliance/unit" won't show up. The 03/17/2026 update that fixed it for Macs and PCs, when will it get fixed for PS5 platforms?? It's been months!

    Yes, I am also having the same issue on PS5. I can't perform maintenance. 

    Why are the fixes always rolled out to PC/MAC first. Surely they should be rolled out to all platforms at the same time to make it fair to all players

    there is no option for performing an inspection or maintenance on rental properties. therefore the five star property owner aspiration in unable to be completed. i do not have any mods or cheats activated and this has been an ongoing glitch since i purchased the expansion a month ago.

    I am unable to inspection any items including toilets, sinks or showers. I have tried saving and exiting, using different properties and use different sims in the household. However option does not show when clicking on any items. This mean I am unable to five star property owner aspiration as sim is unable to perform inspection pass. 

    XBox system. No mode and tried with cheats on and off.
