Re: Save file disappeared ps4

@Luchtbell Please be sure you are logged in to the correct account that you made the save on.

Be sure you are connected to the internet if you store your saves in the cloud.

    @PoptartJuniperthnx for your reply

    I am on the correct account, I never switch accounts.

    I was connected to the internet, I still am, and even if I wouldn't be, it should've still saved locally.

    @Luchtbell If you have PS+, you can check to see if the save is stored online. If you've saved the data to an external drive, the same steps are used to move your save, you just have to select the correct drive in the Application Data Management section.

    • Go to Settings > Application Data Management > Saved data in Online Storage > Download to System Storage.
    • Select the title and then the file you would like to download and select Yes to overwriting the system storage file.

    If you are logged in to the correct account you made the save on, and don't have any saves in the cloud or on USB storage, then possibly the save was corrupted and deleted from your system. Corrupted data can occur by unplugging your system without powering it down first, or closing the game while it was saving.
