Re: Sims 4 Get to Work not working
Hi the same thing is happening to me I just paid for the get to work expansion pack and downloaded it and it doesn't recognise it in the game. I tried to run a repair and nothing. Complete rip off! Because I'm not the only one having this problem.

Are you playing on Xbox? Please check the transaction history on your console, does the purchase for Get to Work show as fully completed there?
You'll need to get in contact with Xbox support so they can look over your account's billing details with you to be sure your content was successfully purchased.
