@Terryann8623 Can you please try this:
- Turn off the PS4 system by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.
- Once the PS4 system is off, press and hold the power button again. Release it after you hear the second beep: one beep will sound when you first press, and another seven seconds later.
- Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller
- Select Rebuild Database
- @PoptartJuniper So I just did that and when it restart an error message came up (CE-36329-3) I click on report problem
- @PoptartJuniper So just as I click report problem I got another error message that says the database is corrupted the PS4 will restart (CE-41813-7)

@Terryann8623 The first code is a system software issue. Please make sure your system is fully updated. PS4 CE-36329-3
If rebooting and updating your system did not help. Please contact sony. You may have a corrupted hard drive or bad sectors on your drive that need addressing. https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/contact-us/
