Sims 4 taking a really long time to load on ps4

I'm having issue for the pass few weeks now, console is updated my Sims game is updated I did get some error messages before but with all that I'm still not able to play because it keeps on loading a...

@PoptartJuniper The very beginning of the game I can't even get to my save game cause it just keep loading and not going anywhere else. Frist it was freezing a lot now it's not even freezing anymore it's just taking a very long time to load

@Terryann8623 Can you please try this:

Rebuild your database:

  1. Turn off the PS4 system by pressing the power button on the front panel. The power indicator will blink for a few moments before turning off.
  2. Once the PS4 system is off, press and hold the power button again. Release it after you hear the second beep: one beep will sound when you first press, and another seven seconds later.
  3. Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 with the USB cable and press the PS button on the controller
  4. Select Rebuild Database

    @PoptartJuniper So I just did that and when it restart an error message came up (CE-36329-3) I click on report problem

    @PoptartJuniper So just as I click report problem I got another error message that says the database is corrupted the PS4 will restart (CE-41813-7)
