Hi @2uvhvanfftwa,

The Gameplay, Environment & Pack Settings options will be greyed out in the menu settings unless you're accessing this menu from an active household. Are you trying to access these settings from the main menu instead?

In order to access the main menu options and save your game on Xbox while in an active household, you need to press the Menu button on your controller (the button with 3 horizontal lines)- try that and let me know if you see an option to save your game there. 

The Eco Footprint will show at the bottom center of the screen to the right of the in-game clock- can you attach a screenshot to your post of what you're seeing there please?

    Thank you for your feedback I have pressed the menu button it doesn’t show the button on the top right to access save but if I hover over it I can see “centre on lot” I cannot exit to a main screen after logging in

    @2uvhvanfftwa 

    The menu doesn't appear in the top right corner for console like it does for PC. Try pressing B to back out of the current menu you're in, then press the menu button on the controller to bring up the main menu to save. 

    If this doesn't work, can you upload a quick video and attach it to your post for me so I can get a better idea of how you're trying to access the menu please?
