Re: What if stuff packs show installed but are still not showing up sims4 ps4

Hi there @Catlife505,

Let's restore your licenses with the steps here, then please make sure everything is fully installed on your console by following these steps:

  1. Quit the game if you have it running.
  2. Go to your Library
  3. Choose Purchased
  4. Select The Sims 4
  5. Scroll down to PlayStation Store and open My Add ons
  6. Find your DLC in the list and start the download
  7. When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

If you still can't access your content in-game once you've tried this, be sure to let me know!

    Hi there, I am also having this issue with installed packs not appearing in game. I'm playing ps4 game on my ps5 and I have uninstalled the game and dlcs multiple times and its still not working. Please help

    I am also playing on ps5, my game is doing the same thing. I have also deleted and uninstalled to no avail. Ive seen a couple of different reports that people using PlayStation are having trouble with packs and their game not working.

    I am having the same issue. Tried everything from restoring license to rebooting my console. HELP PLEASE

    I just figured out this issue myself! Go to your sims app, click options on controller, manage game content. This will show you all of the content you have purchased that isn’t installed :)
