Xbox one issues

I'm not sure if there was an update today or not but I logged into the game went to load my game and it said your neighborhoods have been uninstalled or disappeared you cannot save the game 🙄 or all data will be lost... 

I'd like to also know for the last few weeks I've had a lot of crashing Constant saying that it's disconnecting from the internet or the game will freeze upon lunch and I have to relaunch it again...  (not a Internet issue)

    Hi rockmissjess​ 

    Please follow these steps to be sure all your content is fully installed:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
