Xbox one issues

Please follow these steps to be sure all your content is fully installed:

• Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
• Press the Menu button on the controller
• Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
• You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
  
  

For the crashing you're seeing, that's currently being tracked in the bug report here, please be sure to add your information into this bug report to help us further track the issue: [XB/PS] Console crashing after update 2.13 

I have every pack installed there's nothing that's not installed other than a couple that say that I don't need to install them.. yet there's items that say that they're not installed even though they are and still lets me use them, cause they are installed... ever since you did the new Moolah thing it's been all messed up
