Reaper's rewards

So the event has obviously ended, and I was able to start the event until it stopped working for me...I followed every thread on answers.ea.com to get a resolve. Everything they suggested never worked...the final reply was basically, "sorry it's over, better luck next time,"....is there anything that's being done about this? Because if not I am no longer interested or even care about events...I'll turn off my wifi so I'm not overwhelmed by the amount of BS you throw out about it just for it not to work...honestly at this point I'm waiting for Inzoi to come out so I don't have to deal with all of the issues with the Sims
