Redeemed EA App Code, does not work on PlayStation?

My EA App account is linked to my PlayStation account, on which I have purchased 30+ DLCs for The Sims 4 (all through PS Store). This holiday, I received and redeemed EA App codes for two expansion ...

    Hi @opiummuffins 

    Codes for the EA app on PC are only for the PC version of the game- you wouldn't be able to redeem a PC code for a PlayStation version of your pack. 

    Packs are not transferable between platforms, you'd need to purchase these packs for your PlayStation instead directly through the PlayStation store on your console.
