Refund for Sims Pack
Hello! I accidentally bought the Sims Royalty and Legacy pack on the EA website for PC/Mac instead of Xbox. Does anyone know how I can get a refund for the version I bought so I can buy for Xbox instead? It won't show up in the refund tool and it was an honest mistake. I have tried to find a person to speak to but I have only found AI chats. Please help!!!!

If you're interested in a refund for Royalty and Legacy but aren't seeing it appear on our Refund Tool, you'll need to connect with our live support team. An advisor can review your eligibility and access your account and billing details to help; unfortunately, we aren't equipped to do so here on the forums.
Once you fill in the above web form and are redirected to the self-service page, there should be an option to chat with an advisor near the bottom of that page.
