How do I repair my sims 4 game on my Xbox one?

While there isn't a "Repair" feature on Xbox One, there are some troubleshooting options you can do depending on what the issue is. What's going on in your Sims 4 game at the moment?

I have sims 4 on Xbox one - I just got a few new packs, I don’t have any mods (idk if you can even get them on Xbox) but in manage worlds I have a picture of a llama - and if I build a home and save it - when I go back in the entire game is gone - not even an auto save. This has resulted in a massive loss for me - I was on child 57 working for 100. And the whole file is gone. Also any pictures I take come out black or as question marks - it will also freeze not allow me to exit after taking pictures- I can move the screen - but I can’t go back, I can’t save ... I can’t go back into live play ...

There have also been several other XB1 users reporting missing save games. Do you have your games saved to the cloud or are you using local storage?
