Save files all gone - Xbox Series X
I can no longer save at all under my own account. Every time I've played for the last few days, even when there sometimes doesn't appear to be a problem, saves disappear, whether new or my old saves....

I have had this same problem! My current save files and old/new save files also keep deleting themselves. I also had collected a good bit of photos as I was doing a legacy challenge and I wanted my sim to have his mom and dad’s old photos and I even deleted all of those and when I had tried to save a message saying “Cannot save Error Code 0:” popped up on the screen and my save file had disappeared but I got it to save eventually but after a few days that save was gone. I had assumed my save file had been corrupted or something so I started a new save and the same thing happened there except I hadn’t taken any photos yet I had only been playing for about a week. I tried to save this save over another save and that save deleted as well. I am currently on one of other old saves and the same issue is occurring! I am hoping for us xbox users this issue gets resolved quickly!
