Seline Hairstyle Marketplace Content

Hi,

I’m playing on PS5 and recently purchased the Seline Hairstyle through the in-game Marketplace using Moola.

The hairstyle is installed and works perfectly in Create-a-Sim. It shows as owned, appears correctly on my Sims, and all of my licenses have been restored. However, I’m having an issue with the Gallery/My Library.

Whenever I save or try to place a household that uses the Seline Hairstyle, I receive the following message:

“Content not installed – Purchased or other content used in this My Library item is not installed. If you place it now, you will not see the installed content.”

The strange thing is that the content is definitely installed. The hairstyle is available in CAS and remains on the Sim correctly.

I’ve also noticed that when I view the household details in My Library, the Seline Hairstyle entry shows:

Owned
null

instead of displaying normal content information.

Additional details:

  • PS5 platform
  • Purchased through the in-game Marketplace using Moola
  • Purchased before the most recent update and worked fine before the update
  • Hair works correctly in CAS
  • Other Marketplace content works normally
  • Multiple households are affected and cannot be downloaded constraining the hairstyle, not just one save
  • Restoring licenses did not resolve the issue
  • I deleted and re installed all packs - did not fix issue
  • Other households that have other hair can be downloaded fine

Based on testing, this appears to be an issue with the Gallery/My Library system incorrectly identifying the Seline Hairstyle as missing, despite it being owned and installed.

Has anyone else experienced this with Marketplace hairstyles or Creator content? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
