Settings and UI issues since June

I have sims on the ps5 and for a few months now around June time everytime I open the game the user agreement needs agreeing to and also the screen size needs setting, I've played with the settings on my console and that doesn't help but also it keeps showing me tips or features it thinks are new despite having them for years (e.g it pops up with the tiny living house and haunted house in manage worlds despite already having placed and replaced them , i have also turned all tutorials and help off in the settings ) its as if the game forgets ive had these things for years and the fact ive turned off all help and tutorials 🙃. It also loads up the gallery and asks me to sign in everytime I load up the game.

Anyone else having similar issues ? 😕
