I'm playing on PS4. One of my Sims got a makeover, and was changed in every outfit, but her hair and make up keeps changing back to original when she changes to work and shower.

I added a created sims from the Cupid’s app to my family household ,then I changed his outfits;but every time I leave my home lot; they change back into whatever they had on before.
I'm on Xbox, everytime my sims showers, or changes outfits automatically like for work wedding , graduation, their hair reverts back to the old style I had before. Once my Sim changes back to their regular outfits ( everyday , formal, sleep etc) it is the correct current style.
Erh I'm having the same trouble too, did you ever figure out how to solve it?
