Sims 4 “restart game to check for updates”

can anyone help?? I’m playing the sims 4 on xbox one and the recent update allowed xbox users to be able to download other gamers builds from the gallery. My game has updated in the sense that I can access my gallery and I can see the builds I want to download however when I hover over the download button it says “cannot place content because it was created with a newer version of the game. Restart your game to check for updates”. I’ve restarted the game and gone to update but nothing shows?!
