Sims 4 Build Mode for Xbox One
How do you select an already placed item on Sims 4 Build Mode on Xbox one?

So when you hit build, don’t select anything on the lower corner. You have to exit out of building and buying. Then you can click on it, Y I think sells. Took me a bit to learn to keep backing out.
