Sims 4 City Living

The City Living world is not working. I last played my game late last night at about 1:30 in the morning. I was building a condo in San Myshuno and had a family I moved in and I have been playing this family at least almost a week and when I log in today to play it is telling me the world is locked but when I click on it, it is saying I own it. It is also saying to I need to download to use it when this pack was downloaded to my PlayStation in May 21, 2024. How can I fix this?

    Hi @__jesssicv 

    Please try the following to be sure City Living is currently fully installed to your console:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    I’ve taken all of the steps. Now I am trying to buy the pack and it just keeps saying that I already own it.
