Sims 4 constant crashes

Hi there I’m on ps5 with all the packs and have been experiencing extreme crashing. Every time I go to save from any one of my games and it automatically crashes out if I’ve played longer than 5 minutes. This has never happened before but I noticed it more and more after the previous update when we started having gallery issues . Now the game is virtually unplayable. I have sent videos and game clips to PlayStation its self whenever this happens.
