Sims 4 crashing and not saving

I play the Sims 4 on my PS4 because I need WiFi to download it on Orgin. I love the game but lately it’s been crashing without reason and keeps saying Error. It also hasn’t been letting me save it. Occasionally it does but it keeps freezing and says unable to save game. So when it does crash, I loose multiple hours of progress. It just crashed a few minutes ago and I had moved into a new house, made it the way I wanted, leveled up tons of skills, and other things and it just crashed and now I’m extremely upset. Any ideas as to why it’s doing this? Or solutions?
