Sims 4 'DATA INCOMPLETE' on Xbox cloud gaming

    This error typically means all the packs are not fully installed on your console- however if you're seeing an issue with cloud gaming not recognizing your purchased DLC, you'll need to get in contact with Xbox support so they can look into this issue a bit further with you.
