Sims 4 Deluxe Party Edition not received bundle items?

I purchased the Sims 4 Deluxe Party Edition from gamestop this morning. (it says deluxe edition on the receipt and case) When I installed it on my xbox it and opened it it has the sims 4 basic but none of the included bundle items. "Awesome Hats" "Life of the Party" "Up all night" "Perfect Patio Stuff" says that i don't have it. It seems like it thinks i have the regular edition of Sims but not the Deluxe Party Edition which i purchased 3 days ahead of the regular Sims release so that i could play it and also have the items in the bundle. HELP? Is there any way to tell my Xbox that i have and own the Sims 4 deluxe party edition and not the normal Sims 4?

    Welcome to Answers HQ!

    Have you checked for the items in game? This should be unlocked when you install the game. Please, try to find the animal hats in Create a Sim and the Flaming tiki bar in build mode.

    Can you see them?

    The only difference will be DLC. The game will appear the same on the console. The game should have come with codes to get the extra content.

    Same got my deluxe for the ps4. Only came with patio dlc. No deluxe content. Only came with one code that was suppose to contain all content.

    Me too. I'm waiting for Amazon UK to send me a new code for deluxe dlc as I only got the patio stuff

    Will the content be available on the initial release date on the 17th?

    Hi @KINGRA720,

    The extras included with the Deluxe Party edition should be available as soon as you install and play the game for the first time, so if you are playing the game and you have the Deluxe Party Edition, you should see them in-game already.

    No I didn’t see the deluxe Party Edition content only the perfect patio stuff content was available
