Same issue still persists. It happens when My Library becomes to full, which is annoying. I highly recommend that EA sets up some sort of tool for sending our creations directly to The Sims Official Website so that our creations from console reach the community and vice versa. This should resolve the issue you’re having. Another recommendation is that EA should check their framework, make additional fixes.

Highly recommend full reinstall of game. Bare in mind that all save data including My Library should be backed up prior to this attempt as mentioned above.

Ive also included glitches and issues in videos on my YouTube Channel should this count as evidence of what needs to be done. Videos uploaded at time issues persisted. Recent loading and crash issues have occurred during recent PS4 Patch. According to other users in the forums on The Sims Official Website, the console issues only seem to effect PS4 users such as myself. They don’t effect XBOX ONE users.
