SIMS 4 GAME CRASHING PS4

Ughhh help my game keeps crashing every time I try to travel and or when being invited places this is really annoying I cannot enjoy my game play due to it can we get this issue resolved asap,when trying to travel I get an error code same error code I’ve received when using cheats to go into CAS
