Thanks, this sounds like you have a corrupt save file. If this save file is corrupt, you'll need to delete it and start a new save.

To remove this save file from your console:

    • Go to Settings > Storage > Games and Apps.
    • Select Delete Content.
    • Select the data for The Sims 4 and select Delete.

If you can load into the save file at all before this error appears, you can upload your families into the Gallery and move them over to a new save file instead so you don't lose them entirely.

Corrupted save files can occur as a result of a connectivity issue or power loss when the game save file is being created or synced with the cloud. This can also happen if the console is powered down while still in the process of saving.

In the future to prevent this, I always recommend waiting a minute or two to close the game and power off your console after you've saved so the game has sufficient time to complete the save to the cloud. In addition, if you have a large number of save files, you may have reached the capacity limit for cloud saves. Try reducing the number of save files to be sure no other saves become corrupt.

Hello EA! Love ya guys 💚

this error happens to me a lot whenever I want to have my sim travel or go to mange worlds. I would like to know how I can resolve this error from happening. I shouldn’t have to delete all of my saved game data to remove a corrupt saved file that I’m not even sure how to locate.
& then your suggesting me to save all my lots & households to the gallery & place them back??!!!
oh no, I got close to 150 sims.. there must be another way around this error message MESS!
Maybe there a better way to save & delete & restore , please help me resolve this
