Sims 4 game won’t open

Every time i open the sims 4 and login it stays on the loading screen for hours and doesn’t actually start. I’ve restarted my xbox and it still doesn’t work, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still isn’t working. I don’t know what to do.
