Sims 4 Island living game data incomplete ps5

Question

I have an issue during last months: all my savings from Sulani Island living can’t be playing. Every time I try to load I have message «game data is incomplete». From other saving Sulani is seeing like « locked » (like I’m not buying it lol, but I did and I played for months!!)

I checked everything: Manage Game Content - All installed (including Island living). Restore licenses on ps5 - done.

I don’t want to unlink my EA account from ps5, cause I can link it only in February 2026.
so what I can do to restore my Island living?
