sims 4 keeps freezing on loading screen and then kicks me out of the game
i start it and it loads in. when i select the household i want to play, it loads 3/4 of the way, freezes, and kicks me out of the game and back to my home xbox screen. i have restarted my xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled the game... still nothing.
