Sims 4 offline on Xbox one

So i was wondering why I can't use any of my packs offline. I obviously can play sims offline but only the base game. At one point, I played, I actually had Cats and Dogs, and Seasons available to pl...

I'm not really sure, because I don't think it's missing dlcs. Everything is just fine when I'm online. But once I try to play somewhere that doesn't have internet, I can only play base game. I do use game share, but I've bought every one of my dlcs on my console, so I don't know why I can't use them offline

    @MrsFlopyDonky Are you using EA Access for your packs or did you purchase them all separately?

        Are they purchased under your account or a different account on the PS4?
