Sims 4 on my Xbox it tells me that I need to renew Xbox Live Gold

When i try and open Sims 4 i get an error stating "Looks like you need to renew Xbox live Gold" i have tried resetting the console completely and it still will not work. I was just playing this less ...

Hi @tuggernutz85 

Did you buy the game in the Xbox Store or was it granted by EA Access?

If you bought the game, are you using the same account that you used to buy it when trying to download it?

If you got it via EA Access, do you still have an active subscription to EA Access?

I'm having a similar issue. I just recently got EA Access and Sims 4 is not showing up in vault.
