Sims 4 on ps5 is showing a sale, but the playstation store doesn't.

I have the Sims 4 on the ps5, and on the hope page of the game it has 50% off banners on the expansion packs, but when I go to the playstation store to purchase, the expansions are showing as full price. Is there anything I can do about this? Apologize for blurry photos, my phone is on its death bed.
