Sims 4 PS4 Save Error Code: 0
I feel literally sick about this. I've played on a single save file for 18 months and I'm encountering this error code. I can't save the game at all but worse is that my save file seems to have completely disappeared. So I'm in game right now, I go to save and it asks me to create a new save file. Saving and exiting to world seems to work until you look at the save and it does not exist.
I've tried:
1. The Neighbourhood Stories fix by disabling Join a Career
2. The other Neighbourhood Stories fix- clicking through the mailbox until there is nothing left to read
3. Saving a million times either in game or exiting to world.
I've read other threads about this fix and they're either based on the PC version so don't apply to me or they recommend restarting your console. I CANNOT restart since my file doesn't even exist anymore. I will lose everything if I restart.
I have tons of storage space on my console so its not that.
Does anyone have any other tips for this error? I'm so stressed

Do you currently have a lot of saved items from The Gallery stored in your Library? Please try removing some of your saved lots, rooms or households from your Library in The Gallery, let me know if that clears up this error for you and allows you to save.
