Sims 4 Reaper event not working off playstation/xbox!!! {PLEASE HELP EA}

@simsplayer818 On my playstation 5 i playt the sims. I do not own a PC so i play off my console. I was able to do the week 1 and 2of the Reaper event mission until week 3 showed up. For week three, i was able to complete the first task until the second task came up and I wanted to switch to another household in my game. That's when the quest not only disappeared but next to the grim reaper icon it said the gnomes were working on Maintenace issue. I deleted the game the next day because it still did not work & when i installed the game back. The event still wasn't showing up. I have still need to do week 3 and 4 to finished but cannot. Is there a way EA can fix the event off the consoles? Or give us the rewards for free? its insane.
