Sims 4 Reaper event not working off playstation/xbox!!! {PLEASE HELP EA}

I know there an easy fix for the reaper event for the PC but has anyone figured how to fix the Reaper event off xbox and ps5? It's not fair i am not able to collect rewards from week 3 or 4! Please h...

For the PS5, I went to:

1. Console Storage

2. Saved Data

3. PS4 Games and selected The Sims 4.

4. Then, I selected User Data (not the save game) and deleted it.

Hope it works for you
