Sims 4 resetting itself to freshly downloaded game

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Sometimes when loading the game. Sim 4 will load like you just installed it and you have no packs or saves. After reloading it again everything is back to normal. I lost all of my log in rewards due to this bug. Another bug is you cant rename the breed of an animal in CAS when it is missing.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you load the Sims 4 this is what happens. Its like it is newly downloaded game with no saves ot packs. Then reloading the game its back to normal. I own all of the packs and everything. I just lost my log in rewards. Im not the only one, can you please send them to everyone in a SDX drop.
What do you expect to see? When I load my game everything is there and it doesn't look like I just downloaded it for the first time. Please help me. I loved my log in rewards.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It was the patch on 7/23/2024 before I downloaded Lovestruck. This has happened before to me. I did no changes to my Xbox at all.
I want my log in rewards back. It not my fault that my Sims 4 reset itself. I didn't delete my Sims or anything. A lot of other people has lost there's also. Can you please send these in an SDX drop. Also these should be with the game like an SDX drop and not easily delete themselves. I have two Xbox ones that I have purchased all of the dlc content for. I played Sims 3 on Xbox 360 and I always wanted to play the Sims 4. On console you cant rename the cat or dog breed in CAS with a controller when the breed is missing.
