On xbox, go to the settings menu, under the "other" option there's a big button called "adjust margins" click that to adjust the size of your screen. On ps4 you have to adjust the screen size in your ps4 settings. (Settings / Sound and Screen / Display Area Settings)
- Anonymous8 years agoAppreciate the response and trying to help! (: the only thing is I can’t seem to find the “other” option. I pressed home, went to settings, couldn’t find it. Then I pressed settings and I still can’t find the “other” option/:
- Anonymous8 years agoIn the Sims 4 go to game options then click other and go to adjust margins
If you are on PlayStation 4, go to the console dashboard then the following:
Settings > Sound and Screen > Display Area Settings
Sony handles the screen sizes through console settings while Microsoft do it in the game through the option menu mentioned by others in the thread.
- Anonymous8 years agohow do you go to settings though?
I've tried that but it still doesn't work. I still have the same issue where I can see half of my toolbar. What else can I do

Don't "necropost." Reviving, updating or bumping old, outdated and irrelevant threads is not helpful for our community. It's best to check when the thread was created before you hit post, just to make sure it's not 2 years old for example.
