Sims 4 Vampire pack ps4
I bought the vampire pack on Friday night becuase i liked the look of it. It's now Sunday and im unable to add a vampire sim? in CAS, it won't even let me add an occult sim, and I'm really confused.

Have you made sure Vampires is fully installed to your PS4? Are you seeing the new world in-game, or any of the build/buy items from this pack?
Please follow these steps to be sure it's installed:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
