Are you part of the Xbox Preview program? It's a long shot as I can't guarantee this will work for another game, but players in NBA LIVE 19 were experiencing some trouble with crashes. If you are part of the Preview Program, it could be worth leaving it to see if a different Xbox version yields better results.
