Sims 4 Wiped after crash

That's certainly not ideal, could you provide us with some additional context on this one?

• When is the game crashing? What are you doing? (i.e. are you saving at the time of the crash, traveling between lots, etc.?)
• Is The Sims 4 on the internal Xbox storage or an external storage device?
• Is your Xbox online while playing?
  • If so, are your saves still on the Xbox server and re-synced when you launch The Sims 4 again?
• Are the saves truly gone or just not showing up in The Sims 4?
  • You can check this by highlighting The Sims 4 on Xbox Home > Press Menu button (3 stripes button) and select Manage Game & Add-ons > Go to Saved Data. Is there a file with your Gamertag next to it?
