@5bfb2bffe469551f is your game itself not loading at the very start or is it a specific lot that won't load? You mentioned building a new lot, is it an off grid lot by any chance?
There are a few loading issues with consoles currently so once I know specifically where these loading problems are happening I'll be able to link you to an appropriate bug report. But I'm also attaching the troubleshooting steps for console for you here:
