Sims 4 won't save on Xbox and PlayStation

So I preorder sims 4 for Xbox one. I have EA access so I started playing early access, but I can't save my game

    Hi everyone!

    A new patch has just been released both for Xbox and PlayStation 4 to address this saving issue. Please, download the patch and let us know if you have any problems.

*Marking this post as solution for visibility because this is a long thread - not considering this issue fixed*

Thanks to everyone who answered my questions to help us investigate this problem. We do not need more information at the moment, but again, thanks for taking the time to explain what you did in your games before it stopped saving!

For those of you who are wondering, in case you missed my previous posts - yes, the team is working on this, that's why I asked you for information 😉

I've been playing the game and its been working fine but for the past week or so it doesnt save my progress. I've even tried to save to multiple files in order to see if I'm doing something wrong but it'll still take me back to when I made my Sims or a few "Sim days" earlier meaning my relationships aren't there as well as any promotions I may have gotten. I have a PS4

    Has anyone else had issues loading into their lot ? Where it just goes back to the manage worlds screen in a loop
    On two of my first saves it does this and I can't even get into the lot
    I had this issue before it started not saving

    I began to 1: clear MAC address one time , i was able to then save
    2: i made 2 new save slots for safety, been saving fine on the recent slot
    3: before and after playing sims 4 i go to -sims 4 - manage game - saved data - I delete the reserved space
    And it seems to refresh loading and saving if there's any backlog of data
