Sims 4 won't save on Xbox and PlayStation

So I preorder sims 4 for Xbox one. I have EA access so I started playing early access, but I can't save my game

    Have you downloaded any lots or rooms from the gallery that contains custom pictures because that will crash your game.

    when i go to make a family, move them into a house, save, then exit the game and re-enter, it acts like it never happened
