Sims 4 Xbox one bugs 2022
can’t use 1) gameplay 2) environment 3) pack settings in the game options and while in the game I can’t exit to main menu I can’t save I need to press manage worlds in order to save and I can’t see the environmental footprint I have also reset all settings in the game options page, yes I tried the EA chat for help thankfully there is support available even at night here in bc Canada (3am) agent was super helpful but it is a bug and I love this game, on Xbox one

The Gameplay, Environment & Pack Settings options will be greyed out in the menu settings unless you're accessing this menu from an active household. Are you trying to access these settings from the main menu instead?
In order to access the main menu options and save your game on Xbox while in an active household, you need to press the Menu button on your controller (the button with 3 horizontal lines)- try that and let me know if you see an option to save your game there.
The Eco Footprint will show at the bottom center of the screen to the right of the in-game clock- can you attach a screenshot to your post of what you're seeing there please?
