Sims 4 Xbox One Cheat Box Not Working

So I haven’t played The Sims 4 in a few days and when I’ve come to activate cheats, I cannot get the cheats box to appear. I have tried holding down all 4 trigger buttons but it just unpauses the gam...

Hey there @Laurenna_Kaye 

Do you have any other USB devices plugged into your console currently? Have you tested this with a different controller as well?

    Hi there! Yes I’ve tried with both wired and non wired. No USB devices plugged in.

      Let's try a full uninstall and reinstall of the game in that case to see if that clears this issue up for you. Please keep me posted on this!

        Hi there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and unfortunately the issue still persists. I’m totally baffled by it as it happened all of a sudden. I hadn’t installed anything, plugged in any USB devices
