Sims 4 Xbox One Needs

On Sims 4 on Xbox One, is there any way you can keep the needs showing all the time instead of having to press to see, then press again to switch back to cursor mode? Really annoying not having them visible all the time.

    Sorry for the wait.

    When the needs panel is open, press the right analog stick and it should pin the panel.

    I did try that but then this strange glitch happened, the game still thought that I was on the sim panel
